What will the money be used for?
The Victorian Budget 2018/19 provides investments to:
Community Infrastructure and Cultural Precinct program
$17.1 million for community infrastructure, such as cultural precincts, community centres, and aged care facilities, through an expansion to the Community Infrastructure and Cultural Precinct program.
Multicultural events and festivals
$1.4 million to grow our calendar of multicultural events and festivals.
Multicultural Safety Ambassadors
$300,000 for Multicultural Safety Ambassadors to help promote safety in our multicultural communities.
