2003-04 Budget Information Paper Number 1

The 2003-04 Public Sector Asset Investment Program - Budget Information Paper Number 1 (BIP1) lists major asset investments in 2003-04 for the general government sector and major public non-financial corporations.

The public sector asset investment program includes projects that will either increase the service capacity or sustain the existing service capacity of assets to meet the priority needs of all Victorians.

BIP1 was released by the Treasurer, the Hon John Brumby MP, on Thursday 18 September 2003.
