The Public Sector Asset Investment Program - Budget Information Paper No. 1 (BIP1) is compiled in association with the annual Budget Papers to inform Parliament and the community about Victoria's capital asset program. It has been produced annually since 1984-85.
2009-10 Budget Information Paper No. 1 was released by the Treasurer on 15 October 2009.
